Guest Relation Officer (GRO)
Job description:
- Responsibilities for a front-desk job often include answering a multi-line phone system
- greeting and directing guests, as well as staff.
- responding to complaints, service issues and other general questions or concerns as appropriate.
- Filing, mail distribution and use of a computer system
- Plan and coordinate the provision of friendly, efficient services to guests
- Schedule activities for guests
- Assist with check-ins / check-outs of clients
- Assist guests with airline bookings and reconfirmation's
- Assist all departments in being receptive to the needs of guests
- Assist in any other duties when required by the Front Office Manager
- Provide feedback from Guests to Front Office Manager for action
Requirements:
- Graduated at least in diploma degree in hospitality management
- Fluently in English
- Has minimal 3 years experience
- Good teamwork, trustworthy , good communication skill
- Looking attractive, professional and friendly
